  • Responsible for the administrative duties in governing the areas in the council’s jurisdiction, including towns and their surroundings, as gazetted under the Local Govt Act
  • Planning future development while providing municipal services that fulfill the basic needs of resident’s daily activities
  • Responsible for undertaking tasks which require efficiency, warmth and quality, as well as strive for excellence in the level of service delivered
  • Foster good relationships with all parties directly and indirectly, in the context of achieving the Council’s goals and objectives

  • Monitor and provide guidelines in construction areas, supervise public parks in the council’s jurisdiction

  • Processing and issuance of business licenses
  • Process and approve application for development in areas in the council’s jurisdiction
